We danced this piece to close our Eros Tango Logos 2025. Tenderness and sensuality were the theme — first with oneself, then with the music, and then with the person facing you. In that order. Because only those who arrive in themselves can truly meet the other.
The music: Giorgio Conte, “Come è bella la luna”. A piece that simply enchants and beams you into a mild moonlit night. Even when the sun is shining outside — and that is exactly how it was that day.
I love how little we want in a moment like this, except to be together with pleasure. No proof, no figure. A breath, a touch, a smile that doesn’t have to be finished.
This is how the end of such a week feels to me: not like a full stop, but like a quiet afterglow that keeps swinging for weeks after a journey like this.
