A week of Tango Argentino on Lanzarote, February 2027. With Isabella & Iwan at Villa Mahalo in the sun-drenched south of the island — for all levels, solo or as a couple.
Lanzarote isn't just a travel destination. The volcanic landscape, the Canarian light, the silence between lava fields and sea — all of it changes how you feel and dance tango. Seven days of contemporary, organic Tango Argentino: daily lessons, evening milongas, shared meals, island exploration from an insider's perspective.

Especially during Valentine Week, when carnival parades wind through grey streets back home, here you'll find tango under a southern sun and, with a bit of luck, an incomparable display of blossoms.
Just 4 flight hours from Germany, a world full of warmth and calm awaits you. Mild water temperatures, the radiant intensity of the island light, balmy evenings and a sparkling starry sky – the perfect setting for an essential tango experience. For this, we've found a special gem out in the countryside, where you can immerse yourself completely in your tango.

This idea first came to life in our tango theater piece, which united the four elements earth, water, air and fire in tango. Is the Valentine's trip only for couples — or can I come solo?+
Couples and solo travelers are equally welcome. Tango connects — and solo dancers often discover new dance partners here. The small group (max. 10–12 couples) creates a familiar atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Why Lanzarote in February — what's special about it?+
February on Lanzarote: 22–25°C, hardly any rain, no tourist crowds. While Central Europe sinks into grey winter gloom, the island of fire opens its warmest arms. The unique volcanic light and the deep blue sea create an atmosphere that casts tango in a very special light.
How do you teach — is it mainly about figures?+
No. We dance with you ourselves — with each and every one of you. What matters most is clear body language, real communication and real connection in the dance. Figures and sequences still emerge with us — from the inside, out of the moment, growing completely organically.
How big is the group?+
We deliberately keep our group small and refined — real connection and individual teaching, where we also guide you physically. Tango is a partner dance, but solo dancers are welcome to ask whether participation is possible anyway. Beginners dance along from the very first evening, experienced dancers go deeper. Teaching languages: German, English & Polish.
