Tango Argentino in Tuscany, September 2027. With Isabella & Iwan at the Locanda Casanuova — a privately run country hotel right in the middle of the Chianti region, an hour from Florence. Not a hotel complex, not a tourist operation. A place lived in by a family — and that's exactly why it's so special.
The locanda carries the same spirit as our tango: authenticity instead of backdrop. Pleasure without effort. Late-summer light over vineyards, olive oil from their own estate, long evenings at the table.

An elonga tango trip feels like family — in the best sense. A small, refined group, personal and physically guided teaching, real connection. The milongas at Casa Nuova are unforgettable evenings among ourselves: dancing in the Sala Rossa with a view of the Tuscan hills. Everyone dances.
Who is the September Tuscany trip suitable for?
For all levels. Isabella & Iwan work with MicroTeaching — everyone is met exactly where they are in their dancing. In the small group, no one gets lost. Teaching languages: German, English, Polish. Solo registrations are sometimes possible.

The Casa Nuova in the Chianti region, approx. 25 km from Florence. In September the grape harvest begins — balmy evenings, the scent of ripe grapes, golden late-summer light. How do you teach — is it mainly about figures?
No. We dance with you ourselves — with each and every one of you. What matters most is clear body language, real communication and real connection in the dance. Figures and sequences still emerge with us — from the inside, out of the moment, growing completely organically.
How big is the group?
We deliberately keep our groups small and refined — tango in its purest form, in extraordinary places. We dance with each and every one of you ourselves and also guide you physically in class: real, intensive support, very hands-on.
